Platform LingvoDoc for collection and analysis of field and archive language materials

We present the LingvoDoc web platform aimed at comprehensive documentation of languages and dialects. The web platform is extensible and has one associated desktop application that will allow you to work with the system without constant access to the Internet.
The platform is aimed at distributed work with language materials, will support versioning of objects, tracking the authorship of objects and has a flexible system of sharing access rights to dictionaries and texts at both the editing level and the publication level for viewing.
This platform with the convenient user interface to which each expert will be able to add data on the languages surveyed by it.
I. A World map on which will be designated: a) the surveyed settlements; b) phonetic, morphological, lexical isoglosses.
II. Materials for the analysis of language and definition of extent of its disappearance:
1) for everyone the idiom will be opportunity: a) to create the etymological (audio)dictionary or corpus; b) to give the phonetic analysis of spectrograms for each of word forms; c) to make the grammatical description with audioparadigms (for each word the paradigm where it will be possible to listen to all forms will be collected).

LingvoDoc platform includes special modules for material analysis and detection of consistency errors of different kinds:

I. Transcription correctness analysis of words becomes available through the Tools menu when each dictionary is opened:

I. To verify the correct transcription:

I.1. Phonemic analysis: It designed to identify whether there is no positional distribution between two phonemes, which would allow them to be recognized allophones.

I.2. Phonological analysis: Based on the analysis of the spectrograms of words marked in Praate, it designed to determine whether the vowels are transcribed correctly in accordance with the International Phonetic Transcription.

I.3. Cognate acoustic analysis: with this module it is possible to evaluate the transcription correctness proposed by the Phonemic and Phonological analyses (described above p. I.1. and I.2) in terms of external comparison with other dialects.

II. The following modules are used to analyze the correct glossing:

II.1. Merge, which allows you to identify cases where the same indicator has different markings.

II.2. Search> Grammar, which makes it possible to find cases where there is no uniformity in glossing for several dialects of the same language.

III. Modules for analysis of etymological relationship correctness:

III.1. Cognate analysis: It identifies non-standard series of phonetic matches, checks in which words they are present and finds erroneous etymological approximations.

III.2. Cognate reconstruction: It reconstructs the preforms based on detected correspondences’ series in the dialects of one language.

III.3. Cognate multi-language reconstruction: Based on a complete analysis of the reconstructed preforms for each language in Section III.2., it builds series of correspondences
